HomeOn Oregon’s Senate Bill 254

Oregon’s Senate bill 254 will be introduced in Oregon at the next senate session. It proposes to remove parents’ ability to deny an immunization on behalf of their child leaving the government in charge, ultimately, in making the decision.

It also removes the current exemptions from the vaccine requirements to attend public schools.

I strongly oppose and condemn this bill. It violates parents’ rights to choose what’s best for their child’s health. It gives our corrupt government, which has for long been captured by big pharma and special interest groups, to determine the health choices of children in a very controversial issue.

This bill is in direct violation of the UNESCO bioethics treaty of 2004.
